Property Investor for 18 years PMA Mentor and Co-Founder Top 10 Property Coach in the UK (Yahoo Finance) CEO Max Crowdfund UK I haves been running businesses for over 30 years and have been involved in property investing for over 18 years, initially overseas and then in the UK. I decided to become more fully involved in property in two thousand and nine – just at the time of the world financial crash. At the time I was running another (non-property related) business with Jackie Reeves (my business partner of 29 years), which we decided to sell to focus full time on building a Property Investing Business. The previous property investments had been fairly haphazard and so we decided that it was time to get educated and learn as much as possible about ways of making money in property – the trainings we attended opened our eyes to the vast number of ways one could profit from property. Utilising this new property knowledge, we rapidly started to build our property portfolio using almost every strategy along the way; Buy-to-Let, HMOs, Lease Options, Joint Venture deals, Buy to Sell, and more. We have used them all – tried and tested, we know what works and this helped build a large portfolio in the UK. It wasn’t long before I was invited to join the Mentorship Team for Rich Dad Education, where I helped mentor new and existing investors but by two thousand and twelve, it was time to go it alone and I once again joined forces with Jackie to create Property Master Academy so that we could share the benefit of our property knowledge and education with others. The Coaching and Mentoring programme was the first property programme to be launched, designed to support and encourage other property investors so they too could seize opportunities and succeed with their property businesses and is now Property Master Academy’s flagship, award-winning course.
