After 10 years in UK Banking my career took me to the Middle East, to work in Investment Banking, where in 1999, I started to build my own UK self-sourced, Financed, and Refurbished Property portfolio, an Investment plan for my future. It was between 1999 and 2010 that I learnt how difficult the process is to manage from a distance and how diligent I had to be when working with property managers, solicitors and contractors.. with no-one ready or able to assist.. Then I had an idea... Return to the UK and set up a business that provides everything I was looking for. A business that acted truly on the side of the Investor/Buyer in the Vendor Centric UK property market, no matter where that Investor/Buyer was located. Homes or Houses Ltd was formed in 2012, when there was no one to follow, no one to take ideas from, no business model to plagiarise... I already had Client Relationship skills from my years in banking... but building a business in a market that did not understand the role of a Sourcing Agent led me down more blind alleys than I can mention but 12 years later.. 700+ properties wiser, starting with 1 investor and growing portfolios ( the largest being 1 investor - 37 properties) there is very little you will be experiencing or will face that I will not have experienced or faced and 'found a way'! I have formed my own property management business, built a team, learnt how to be compliant and remain that way, how to negotiate whether it be for property or your hard earned fees... and then when I had a spare moment we set up a Gas and Electric Business to support us and external property managers with property Compliance (CP12/EICR anyone?) Whether you are looking for those 1st investors, how to be compliant, or how to recognise buyers, versus window shoppers, I can guide you. With my experience and network of skilled and professional people in most sectors... I can be the one to answer your questions and support you through the times you are wondering 'is it worth it!'
Delivery
Video has transformed efficiency for meetings, when you have a spare hour, during the day , in the evening or the weekend, I will find the time for you... we all have 24/7 its how we use it that matters... if you want to meet personally then I can do that too ( you are welcome at my office anytime!)
