My flagship twelve week program where I will educate, guide and coach you to investing in your first investment property. Through: - 12 workbooks, - 12 x 1-1 coaching - access to tools, templates and my power team, and - 6 months of support via messenger / emails. You will learn how to: - set a property goal; - pick a strategy; - pick an investment area, - source property deals; - analyse deals; - raise finance; - secure creative deals; - build your power team; and - confidently execute the legal and mortgage process.
