Delivery
- Video-conferencing (Zoom); or - Face-to-Face - UK only (travel time & expenses are additional costs) - Each session either 1 hour or 2 hours - to be agreed between client and consultant/coach - Frequency - to be agreed between client and consultant/coach (at least 1-2 sessions a month are advised)
Expected Outcome
Executive coaching, leader development or strategic and brand counsel KPIs are agreed between client and consultant prior to the first consultancy session to ensure expectations and outcomes are in alignment from the start of each session package or programme.
