Expertise
I have been sourcing property deals for 10 years now. This has varied from standard buy to lets, blocks of apartments and commercial buildings. Previous to this, I have been a sales trainer for 15 years. This has been a value transferable skill in teaching and mentoring property investors and sourcers. I have a nationwide sourcing business with 14 staff and two offices that provides lucrative off market deals to our retained database of investors.
