If you found a great property you wanted to buy and you were going to get a mortgage on it, it would take two to three months minimum before you could start generating income. However, with this strategy, once you have found a suitable deal and you have agreed it within two to three weeks, you can have all the paperwork done and you can be earning money within a month of finding a great deal. There is nothing as quick as this. It's kind of similar to rent-to-rent, but it's so much more powerful than rent-to-rent because with rent-to-rent, you give the property back to the owner at the end of the rent-to-rent period. With an Option, you have the right to buy if you want to, which means you've had equity growth potential as well as the cash flow. Now in this training, we give you all the documents and all the templates you need. In fact, we even give you exact scripts to use with property owners so they can understand how this is really beneficial for them and also beneficial for you. We also give you the scripts to use with estate agents so they understand how they can get their commission in two to three weeks instead of two to three months. The training is not just theory. I've got a lot of live case studies in there to really help you understand the learning, to bring it to life and put it into practise. Because it's a home study, you can learn in the mornings, the evenings, lunchtimes at your own pace.
