Mark Fitzgerald I was leading a normal life working the 9 to 5 job but I hated it. I have a family to look after and felt trapped in my world, I enjoyed my family time but hated my job. My background was at management and senior management lever, controlling teams of up to 80 people and hitting new records of production before I decided to look into starting a business for myself, and that's when I found the Rent 2 Rent strategy Since then I have educated myself, not only in Rent 2 Rent, but many of the property strategies out there. I was a top performer that year with the Rent 2 Rent strategy and was voted the overall winner. I did over 9 R2R deals in 12 months as well as Purchase lease options deals that not only replaced my old corporate wage but doubled it. I share with you in this training program the the exact ways to achieve the same success as me, I would follow this training again if I had to start again from scratch as I know it works. My students are following this training and with my teams and my support they are out there getting deals and building their Rent 2 Rent businesses. I have build 2 R2R businesses up, one with HMOs and the other for serviced Accommodation.
